CAPTAIN'S OXYGEN HARNESS FAILS TO INFLATE (LEAKING).   HARNESS ATTACH POINT PIN MISSING  SWAPPED WITH SECOND OBSERVERS MASK.  CAPT'S O2 MASK CHECKED NORMAL.  INOPED SECOND OBSERVER SEAT.  REPLACED SECOND OBSERVERS MASK PER AMM.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
