CREW REPORTS RT ENG GEN DRIVE LIGHT AND GEN CNTL LIGHT ON AFTER START.  PER FLT CREW GEN OFF LIGHT FLICKERED A COUPLE TIMES AFTER ENGINE START, NO EICAS MSG.  REPLACED GCU-R PER MM.  CKS OKAY, NO MSGS.
