DURING RAT CHECK, RAT WILL NOT RETRACT USING MANUAL GROUND SWITCH.  RANGOUT RAT BLADE INDEX & RAT STRUT INDEX SWITCHES OK,  FOUND RAT CONTROL INOP, REPLACED PER MM, OPS CHECK GOOD.
