HMG FAILS A-CHECK.   MEASURED VOLTAGE IS 34.4 VDC.  REQUIRED VOLTAGE IS 28VCD +-3.   REPLACED HMG TRANSFORMER POWER SUPPLY T10060, HMG CHECKS OKAY.
