FIRST OFFICER UNABLE TO TRANSMIT FROM O2 MASK OR BOOM MIC.  SWAPPED FIRST OFFICER AND OBVS AUDIO PANEL OBVS AUDIO PANEL INOP.  REPLACED AUDIO PANEL, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
