## Discrepancy

F/O UNABLE TO TRANSMIT WITH MINITEL.  PIGGYBACKED A WIRE FROM THE WIU WE THOUGHT WAS INTERMITTENT.  NO JOY.  FOUND WIRE OPEN.  WIRE ON Y6680  CONFIRMED WIRE ETA 1430.
