## Discrepancy

LEFT ENGINE START VALVE WOULD NOT OPEN.  TWO ATTEMPTS, START VALVE WON'T OPEN NORMALLY.  REPLACED STARTER CONTROL VALVE, OP CHECKED NORMAL.
