OXYGEN BOTTLE STORAGE BIN DREW LATCH BROKEN AND WONT STAY CLOSED.  RT SIDE FORWARD OF COAT CLOSETS.  EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT IS ALSO DEFFERED.  COMPLIED WITH MEL.  REPLACED LATCH ASSY AND FACE PLATE ASSY.  OP'S CHECK NORMAL.
