LAV 'D' WASTE BIN FIRE EXTINGUISHER EMPTY.  NEED PCN 635-0002 NOT IN STOCK AT MEXJL.  APPLIED MEL.  LAV MAY BE USED SMOKE DETECTION SYST OKAY.  PART DID NOT ARRIVE.  REPLACED EXTINGUISHER PER AMM.
