F/O WINDOW HEAT CONNECTOR BLOCK IS MISSING A HI VOLTAGE CAP.  CONSULTED CONTROLLER IAW AMM.  SECURED TERMINAL BLOCK WITH TAPE.  CONDITION CHECKED OK AS PER AMM.  REPLACED CAP.
