## Discrepancy

TURBINE VANE AND BLADE COOLING SYSTEM HAS CAUSED CRUISE EGT HOT AT ETOPS LIMIT.  REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE UPPER TVBC VALVE , IAW AMM.
