RIGHT HF TRANSMITER INOPERATIVEF.  RECEIVES OK.  RADIO UNABLE TO HEAR RT HF TRANSMISSION.  REPLACED RT HF COUPLER, GROUND TEST PASSED.  TRANSMIT AND RECEIVE GOOD.
