## Discrepancy

OUTLFOW VALVE INOPERATIVE IN MANUAL MODE.   CHECKED FOR VOLTAGE AT MOTOR.  VOLTAGE PRESENT AT CLOSE AND OPEN CIRCUITS.   REPLACED OUTFLOW VALVE ACTUATOR, PER AMM. AUTO AND MANUAL OPERATED NORMAL.
