## Discrepancy

NR 2 ENG TCC HPT VALVE BUTTERFLY IS NOT CLOSED AT THE RIG POSITION.  CONTINUE REMOVAL OF NR 2 ENG TCC HPT AIR VALVE.  FOUND TCC HPT VALVE FAILED.  RPLC'D VALVE SYSTEM OPERATED NORMAL.  PASSED MAT TEST.
