## Discrepancy

DURING WALKAROUND, FOUND HYD LEAKING DOWN BOTH SIDES OF TAIL COMPT.  CYCLED RUDDER, FOUND UPPR RUDDER PCA LEAKING OUT OF FWD SHAFT SEAL.  REMOVED UPPER RUDDER PCA.  SHOP REPAIRED ACTUATOR BY REPLACING FWD SHAFT SEALS.  WORKING INSTALL.
