APU BLEED WILL NOT OPEN MAINT TEXT:  VERIFIED BAR LT AND VLV SWITCH LT ARE NOT ILLUMINATED.  DEPARTURE TIME.  CLEANED AIR SUPPLY SHUTOFF VALVE CONNECTOR.  APU PNEUMATIC OPERATION CHECK NORMAL.
