AVIONICS SKIN VENT FAULT, AFTER FLT ECAM PROCEDURE EXTRACT VALVE WILL NOT CLOSE AND ACFT UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE.  REPLACED VALVE 22HQ PER MM 21- 26-53 AND OPS CHECKED GOOD PER MM 21-26-00.
