FLAP SYS MONITOR STATUS MESSAGE, SHOWING MESSAGE NUMBERS 27638 AND 27639.   TROUBLESHOOT FLAP SYS MONITOR FOUND LOOSE PIN IN WIU AND RETERMINATED.  REPLACED WIRE HARNESS TO LT OTBD FLAP RVDT.  OPS CHECKED OK.
