## Discrepancy

HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING FROM BOTTOM OF TAIL AT 10 DROPS PER SECOND.  RUDDER RATIO ACTUATOR LEAKING.  REPLACED RUDDER RATIO CHANGER ACTUATOR IAW MM.  OPS AND LEAK CHECKED NORMAL.
