CAPT'S VHF FREQ SELECTOR PANEL IS INOPERATIVE.  NO VISUAL FREQ AVAILABLE.  SAMC TEXT: SWAP PANEL WITH THE OBS PANEL.  OPBLM FIELDS PCN 581-2277.  REPLACED VHF SELECTOR PANEL, TESTED OKAY.
