CAPTS O2 MASK MIC INOPERATIVE WHEN TRANSMITTING CANNOT BE HEARD OVER CAPTAIN`S SIDE SPEAKER.   REPLACED CAPT'S SPEAKER AND CAPT'S HAND MIC DUE TO STICKY PTT SWITCH AND SPEAKER LOADING SYSTEM DOWN.
