ON WALKAROUND FOUND FUEL DRIPPING OUT OF LEFT ENGINE.  MAINT REPORTED DRIPPING 40 DPM FROM TCC ACT DRAIN NR 2.  TCC ACT TO BE REPLACED WITHIN 2C.  REPLACED TCC ACTUATOR PER MM.  OP CHECK & LEAK CHECK OKAY.
