## Discrepancy

OUTFLOW VALVE FAILS IN MANUAL MODE.  NO DOOR MOVEMENT.  VERIFIED 28VDC AT PLUG D2338 WITH SWITCH IN CLIMB OR DESC POS.  NEEDS NEW ACTUATOR.  REMOVED & REPLACED OUTFLOW VALVE ACTUATOR ASSY.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
