RIGHT WINDSHIELD DISPLAYED ON UPPER ECAM SCREEN.  ANTI ICE CREW COMMENTS:  ECAM APPEARED IN CLIMB PASSING 18,000 FEET.  RE-SEATED CONNECTORS AT RIGHT WINDOW HEAT CONTROLLER.  CFDS TEST OKAY.  REPLACED WHC2, TEST NORMAL.
