WINDSHIELD R1 FOUND WIRING HARNESS END BADLY DETERIORATED.  GLARESHIELD AND WINDSHIELD REMOVED, WIRING HARNESS REPLACED.   ACCOMPLISH OPERATIONAL CHECK OF WINDSHIELD HEATER SYSTEM.
