RIGHT WING LEADING EDGE FUEL-DEFUEL ACCESS PANEL, LIGHT WIRING IS BROKEN AT SPLICE AND HAS NON ENVIROMENTAL EXPOSED SPLICE.  REPAIRED SPLICE PER BSWPM 20-10-13 AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKED GOOD.
