F/O INST PANEL FLOOD LIGHTS WON`T LIGHT OR DIM WITH CONT KNOB.  LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUM BRT WITH LGT OVRD SWITCH ON.  REPLACED ASSY PER WS WD 33-11-11 AND OPS NORMAL.
