## Discrepancy

CREW REPORT: NO ROTATION ON NR 2 ENGINE AT START WITH A CORRESPONDING NO START VLV & STARTER CUTOUT MSG.  START VALVE OPEN LIGHT REMAINS ON WITH START VALVE CONFIRMED CLOSED.  REPLACED START VALVE PER MM AND CHECKS OKAY.
