## Discrepancy

FOUND PUDDLE OF HYDRAULIC FLUID ON GROUND BELOW TAIL AREA.  APPEARS TO BE RUNNING DOWN SIDES OF LOWER LEADING EDGE OF RUDDER.  FOUND UPPER RUDDER PCM, LOWER ACTUATOR LEAKING 60 DROPS PER MINUTE.  NEW ACTUATOR INSTALLED.
