RIGHT ENGINE SPAR VALVE WILL NOT CLOSE WHEN FUEL LEVER IS IN CUTOFF POSITION.  RESEATED RELAY K76202 AND K76206 ON P210.  SPAR VALVE, OPS CHECKED OKAY.
