## Discrepancy

FUELER REPORTED THAT CENTER TANK WOULD NOT ACCEPT FUEL.  RIGHT MANUAL FUEL VALVE LEAKING AT MANUAL SHUT OFF KNOB WILL TIGHTEN TO STOP LEAK.  VALVE NOT SAFETIED.  REPLACED RIGHT CENTER FUELING SHUTOFF VALVE ACTUATOR PER MM.
