COCKPIT FIRE EXTINGUISHER NEEDS SAFETY PIN.  SWAPPED FIRE BOTTLE FROM UPPER DECK L  JUMPSEAT TO COCKPIT.  STOWED INOP BOTTLE IN LOWER STORAGE AT SEAT 14A.  REPLACED FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
