CREW REPORTED APU DOOR STATUS MESSAGE DURING TAXI OUT.   CYCLED APU MASTER SWITCH, MESSAGE REMAINS.   ACCOMPLISHED BITE CHECK OF CONTROLLER,  NO MESSAGES, CLEANED CONNECTOR ON APU DOOR ACTUATOR.   ACCOMPLISHED THREE APU STARTS.  NO MESSAGE FOUND, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
