## Discrepancy

RIGHT ENGINE START VALVE WON'T OPEN DURING ENGINE START APU DUCT PRESS NORMAL.  CONFIRMED START VALVE MANUALLY OPERATES.  REMOVED & REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE START VALVE.
