CEILING LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED GROUND SERVICE SELECT RELAY K103 PER AMM 24-51-04 AND GROUND SERVICE TRANSFER RELAY K102 PER AMM, ALL SYSTEMS THAT WERE AFFECTED ARE OK FOR SERVICE, OPS CHECK GOOD.
