## Discrepancy

CABIN TEMP TOO HOT & UNCONTROLLABLE.  FOUND RESTRAINT CABLES LOOSE ON ELBOW AT REHEATER.  TIGHTEN AND SECURED HARDWARE ON RESTRAINT CABLE.  OPERATED PACKS AND LEAK CHECK ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL, NO LEAK NOTED.
