CREW REPORT: F/A REPORTS AFT GALLEY CARPET SOAKED WITH WATER.  POSSIBLY FROM FWD AFT LAV FOUND WATER LINE GOING TO FLUSH VALVE CRACKED AND LEAKING.  INOP WATER TO TOILET WILL BE A DRY FLUSH.
