## Discrepancy

PILOTS REPORTED SOMETHING FLAPPING UNDER THE RT SIDE OTBD SPOILER.  REMOVED DAMAGED PART OF SEAL.   OTBD RT FLAP TRACK FAIRING INBD BLADE SEAL PARTIALLY MISSING.  REPLACED SEALS ON RT OTBD FLAP FAIRING.
