## Discrepancy

F/O RUDDER PEDALS FAILED TO SPRING FWD FROM THE EXTENDED POSITION WHEN LEVER PULLED.  RUDDER PEDAL ADJUSTMENT IS SERVICEABLE BUT REQUIRES UPGRADE.  F/O PEDALS MOVE SLOWER THAN EXPECTED TO THE RETRACTED POSITION.   LUBED AND OPS CHECKED OK IAW AMM.
