## Discrepancy

CAPTAIN'S OXYGEN HARNESS FAILS TO INFLATE (IS LEAKING). CAPTS O2 MASK WHEN DONNED IS VERY LOOSE AND WON'T STAY SECURED. NO LEAK NOTED BY CAPTAIN. FOUND MASK CROSS STRAPS INCORRECTLY POSITIONED. REPOSITIONED STRAPS, MASK OPS CHECKED OK.
