## Discrepancy

RUNNING HYDRAULIC LEAK OBSERVED FROM THE TAIL AREA.  RT HYDRAULIC INDICATING 0.80.   FOUND LOWER RUDDER PCA LEAKING. R & R LOWER PCA IAW AMM.  RII PERFORMED.
