## Discrepancy

NR 3 BOOM MICROPHONE IS DEFECTIVE.  UNABLE TO TRANSMIT ON 1ST OBS MICROPHONE.   REPLACED MIC AT 1ST OBSERVERS SEAT AND TESTED.
