DURING START,  LT ENGINE SECOND START ATTEMPTED.  ENGINE IGNITER L2 STATUS MESSAGE 74-61501.  REPLACED EXCITOR, LEAD, AND IGNITOR, ENGINE STARTS NORMAL.
