PRESSURIZATION AT FL200 WENT OUT.  OUTFLOW CABIN ALTITUDE CLIMBED.  TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM IAW MM 21-30-00 AND FOUND PRIMARY OUTFLOW VALVE DOES NOT CLOSE FULLY.  R & R OUTFLOW VALVE.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
