ON GROUND RECEIVED STEER FAIL, FCND, AND MCDU 1 WENT BLANK.  FAULT CODE 45452143CMC.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NIC PROC 1, HAD FCND AND VALIDATE SYS CONFIG MESSAGES.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NIC PROC 1 AGAIN, MESSAGES CLEARED.
