## Discrepancy

ON DESCENT AT FL270, AUTO PILOTS AND AUTO THROTTLE SIMULTANEOUSLY DISCONNECTED.  EICAS MESSAGE AVNX MAU 1A FAIL APPEARED.  DECLARED EMERGENCY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NIC PROC 1.
