## Discrepancy

LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE FOR RETRACTION AFTER TAKEOFF.  DECLARED EMERGENCY, RETURNED TO FIELD, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  R & R DC POWER MODULE IN SPDA 1, SLOT 13 AND LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER.  GEAR SWINGS, OPS CHECK GOOD.
