DURING OFFLOAD, LOADMASTER NOTED SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE RT SIDE VENT AT STA 850.  ISOLATED SMOKE TO POTABLE WATER COMPRESSOR, INSPECTED GENERAL AREA AND NO ABNORMALITIES FOUND. POTABLE WATER COMPRESSOR INOPERATIVE AND POTABLE WATER SYS DEACTIVATED.
