RT PACK HAS BROKEN BONDING WIRE AT SECONDARY HEAT EXCHANGER INLET CONNECTOR TO COMPRESSOR OUTLET LINE.  REPLACED BONDING WIRE AND ATTACHING HARDWARE AT SECONDARY HEAT EXCHANGER INLET CONNECTOR TO COMPRESSOR OUTLET LINE.
