LEFT ENG FUEL SOV TEST FAILED.  SPAR VLV LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON WHEN LT FUEL CONTROL SWITCH IS ACTIVATED.  R & R LT FUEL SOV ACTUATOR IAW AMM 28-22-11-404-008.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
